Goûts et Terroirs Fair
With 45,000 visitors, nearly 3,000 exhibitors and more than 6,500 products to taste, this annual event provides an ideal showcase for testing products with a diverse audience.
Innovation Lab (HEG Fribourg)
An interactive space that can accommodate up to 100 consumers to test concepts, run focus groups and gather valuable insights into their needs and preferences.
Grangeneuve Canteen
Serving between 250 and 350 meals a day, the Grangeneuve Canteen caters to more than 1,100 students and 260 staff members, while also being open to the general public.
Cluster Food & Nutrition
Active in the agri-food sector, the Cluster Food & Nutrition brings together more than 180 members and partners and organises a wide range of events that attract diverse audiences.
Consumer Database
Covering both French- and German-speaking Switzerland, this database combines data from HAFL and volunteer participants, making it possible to conduct virtual consumer tests.
