Overview of the infrastructure available through our partner network

We are pleased to provide an overview of the infrastructure available through our partner network, including a 200 m² technology hall, two 90 m² professional kitchens, and a cheese dairy.

  • Preserved foods (liquid and solid)
  • Fermented products (e.g. beverages, vegetables)

  • Processed meat products (e.g. terrines, pâtés)

  • Pasteurisation, thermal processing, cooking, and sterilisation (tanks, heat exchangers, autoclave, steamer, deep fryer, cooking station, vacuum oven)
  • Concentration, dehydration, and drying (evaporators, spray dryer, freeze dryer)
  • Cooling and freezing (heat exchangers, freezer, ice cream maker, freeze dryer, blast freezer)
  • Mixing and homogenisation (cutter mixer, homogenisers, aerator, smoothing machine)
  • Extrusion
  • Fermentation (proofing chambers, heat exchangers)

You submit your request via the online form, describing your product, process, or development needs.

2. Project assessment

Our team works with you to understand your objectives, assess your project's stage of development, and identify the technical challenges to be addressed.

3. Identification of suitable infrastructure

We identify the infrastructure, equipment, and expertise best suited to your project.

4. Planning the trials

We work with you to define the trials to be carried out, the resources required, and the prototyping conditions.

5. Prototyping

You develop and test your product or process using pilot-scale equipment, with the support of the relevant partners and experts.

6. Preparing the next steps

At the end of the trial phase, we help you identify the next steps for your project, whether that means optimising your product, carrying out additional testing, scaling up to industrial production, or preparing for market launch.

Dedicated financial support tailored to your profile

The Prototyping & Field Trials service not only provides tailored support throughout your project but can also offer dedicated financial assistance. Depending on your profile, you may be eligible for funding covering up to 50% of your prototyping and trial costs:
