Go-to-Market at the Street Food Festival

Over the course of three days at the Street Food Festival, the Go-to-Market – Consumer Insights service engaged visitors through an interactive stand designed to explore how consumers respond to price transparency and perceived fairness.

A few weeks ago, we engaged visitors at the Street Food Festival with an interactive experimental stand. In partnership with Equal Profit, we recreated a supermarket environment to explore how consumers respond to greater transparency in food pricing.

Visitors were invited to interact with a selection of products while discovering information about price fairness and transparency. This immersive experience allowed us to observe firsthand how these factors influence purchasing decisions.

The findings will provide Equal Profit, a start-up committed to promoting transparency and fairness across agri-food supply chains, with valuable insights to support the development and commercialisation of certification schemes that encourage a fairer and more transparent food system.

Our participation in the Street Food Festival was a great success, offering visitors an engaging experience while generating actionable insights for Equal Profit. The Go-to-Market – Consumer Insights service enables companies to test their innovations in real-life conditions, reducing the uncertainties associated with bringing new products and concepts to market and increasing their chances of success.
