From idea to market: discover how Fribourg Agri&Food continued to drive agri-food innovation across the canton in 2025.
In 2025, Fribourg Agri&Food continued its mission of supporting the canton’s agri-food sector from idea to market. This year marked the launch of two new services—Laboratory Access and Producer Forums—while 16 companies benefited from our tailored support.
Through five Innovation Vouchers and three Flagship Projects funded this year, new solutions emerged in areas ranging from biomass valorization and agriculture to Industry 4.0 and food innovation.
Beyond the numbers, it is the collaborations, experimentation, and tangible projects that continue to strengthen Fribourg’s agri-food ecosystem.
