Fribourg Agri&Food Services in Action at the Technology Hall
More than 70 agri-food stakeholders gathered at Grangeneuve to discover firsthand the services and support offered by Fribourg Agri&Food.
Last Thursday, the Technology Hall at Grangeneuve hosted an afternoon dedicated to showcasing Fribourg Agri&Food's services and support. More than 70 members of the agri-food ecosystem—including entrepreneurs, producers, partners, and project leaders—came together to explore the support available at every stage of innovation, from idea to market.
The event offered participants the opportunity to discover each service directly from the experts and partners behind them. Moving from one stand to another, they were able to discuss their projects, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of the resources available to help structure and advance their ideas.
The afternoon also featured several hands-on experiences. A consumer testing session over coffee demonstrated how the Consumer Insights service helps businesses validate new products and concepts. Guided tours of the Technology Hall showcased its prototyping facilities and the opportunities available for product development. Participants also had the chance to discover and taste several products developed within the local innovation ecosystem, including chocolate-coated confectionery produced at Grangeneuve and a Mexican-style cheese made from Fribourg milk.
Fribourg Agri&Food would like to warmly thank Grangeneuve for hosting the event at the Technology Hall, as well as all partners and participants for their enthusiasm and valuable contributions.
