Consumer Testing and Product Tastings: Three Fribourg Agri&Food-Supported Companies at the Goûts & Terroirs Fair
At the Goûts & Terroirs Fair, Fribourg Agri&Food showcased three Fribourg-based companies that presented—and, for some, tested—their products with the public through its dedicated agri-food innovation support services.
From 29 October to 2 November, Fribourg Agri&Food took part in the Goûts & Terroirs Fair in Bulle to showcase agri-food innovation from the canton of Fribourg. Three companies we support joined us at the event: El Maíz, So! Kimchi, and Gakomo.
Visitors had the opportunity to discover their products and, in the case of El Maíz and Gakomo, take part in consumer testing carried out through our Consumer Insights service. These tests provide valuable feedback from potential customers, helping businesses refine their products before market launch. So! Kimchi also showcased its artisanal kimchi, sparking lively discussions around this fermented specialty.
